Since we know no Easter is complete without seafood, we’ve whipped up flavourful garlic and chilli prawn spaghetti plus herb-crusted barramundi on a bed of fluffy mash with greens.

Our bartenders have taken an Aussie classic and added a twist for a nostalgic treat. Get ready for smooth Milo martinis, pouring all weekend long!

On Saturday, we'll be rocking out That Duo from 7pm. Come Easter Sunday, we'll be pumping up the tunes with STARQ live and loud out on the deck!
